2026 River Forest Community School Corporation Voting InformationThe 2026 General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Voters residing within the boundaries of River Forest Community School Corporation in Lake County, Indiana will see local and statewide public questions on the ballot, including the River Forest Community School Corporation Operating Referendum. The referendum would continue the operating referendum most recently approved by voters in 2019 for no more than eight years. The 2026 proposal establishes a maximum referendum property tax rate of $0.9912 and a maximum annual referendum amount of $3,000,000. The current operating referendum has a property tax rate of $1.19.
